PROVISIONING (YEALINK) DESKPHONES XELION - FIREWALL

If you need help to provision deskphones with Xelion.

How to provision deskphones with Xelion:


Step 1: Set your own Yealink RPS account
Step 2: Enable provision of a deskphone

    BEFORE YOU START
    • Customer Control Panel CCPv1 is not supported, only UX1
    • Yealink RPS account / credentials

HOW-TO
  1. STEP 1: Set your own Yealink RPS


    • Logon Xelion Beheer Console


    • Goto 'Beheer'


    • Goto 'Server instellingen en Trunks'


    • Goto tab 'Provisioning'


    • Fill in the field and press 'Voeg RPS server toe'




     


    Click on tab 'Provisioning' and enable both checkboxes


    click on 'Genereer'


    Do a factoryreset on the Yealink Deskphone: Hold the OK button untill you see message 'Fabrieksinstellingen?' Then press 'OK'. 


    The device will reboot a couple of times. This can take between 5 á 10 minutes before the phone is configured with your Xelion.


  2. STEP 2: Xelion Deskphone Provisioning


    Next go to 'Telefoontoestellen' and select a Deskphone

     



    lick on tab 'Provisioning' and enable both checkboxes


    click on 'Genereer'


    Do a factoryreset on the Yealink Deskphone: Hold the OK button untill you see message 'Fabrieksinstellingen?' Then press 'OK'. 


    The device will reboot a couple of times. This can take between 5 á 10 minutes before the phone is configured with your Xelion.
